Favorite Meditations

The benefits of meditation have been well documented. It decreases anxiety, helps you focus, and rewires your brain to help reduce stress. Meditation can help you become more driven and focused.

These are three of my favorites meditations which are less than 10 minutes each.  I suggest you do one and stick to it on a daily basis for at least 30 days.
